Day of Coordinating
*We take copies of your vendor contracts and contact them to confirm your services. We make sure that what they deliver is what you paid for.
*We run your rehearsal, making sure everyone knows what they are doing and when.
*We can handle delivering any day-of final payments to vendors for you.
*We will be at your event at the time you specify and coordinate the participants and vendors.
*We will arrive at your reception prior to guests and make sure everything is in place and verify that vendors are on schedule.

Wedding Coordinating
*Services include everything listed under Day of Coordinating, PLUS...
*We meet with the client to discuss budget, vision, colors, theme, etc.
*We meet with the client throughout the planning months.
*We arrange meetings with vendors at the client's request and will handle as much or as little of the client's contact with vendors, as specified by the client.
*We will help with DIY projects along the way, and will really be as involved in the process as the client prefers.
