With 15 years in the field as a corporate pastry chef, and a lot of very satisfied and hungry clients, I have been able to discover how important taste can be in planning a wedding. Every cake is created with you in mind, you personal needs and wants, the things that please you the most. Cakes are freshly baked and icings and fillings are handcrafted for your individual event. New for October 2008, look for Brownie Decadence wedding cakes! Begin with our delicious, melt-in-your-mouth fudge brownie baked and layered to be presented as a wedding cake. Add our custom fillings and frostings, top with assorted candies, nuts, etc., for some wedding cake fun, and slather on some delicious caramel or chocolate ganache. Everyone loves brownies and everyone will want a Brownie Decadance wedding cake!
